You may use our scanning app on your iPhone device, to scan your tickets at the door/gate of your event.
The App also features offline scanning; just in case the internet drops during your event or if you’re scanning in an area without internet at all to begin with.
***This feature will store all of the ticket data on your phone and is meant to be used before entering an area with bad or no internet***
-Once you download the App on your phone, use the appropriate website URL address to enter, either with: secure.ticketpal.com or secure.ticketpalsenegal.com
-After-which, you may use your usual User/Password logins provided to you by your Rep for your events.
